Miranda Lambert Earns 3 Nominations For The 51st ACM Awards

Official Site — Reigning Female Vocalist of the Year, Miranda Lambert earned three nominations, including her fifth nomination for Entertainer of the Year and 10th consecutive nod for Female Vocalist of the Year. Additionally, she is nominated for Vocal Event of the Year for “Smokin’ And Drinkin’” featuring Little Big Town. The awards will be broadcast live from Las Vegas on April 3, 2016 8pm EST on CBS Television Network.

On November 4, 2015 Miranda Lambert attended the 49th Annual CMA Awards. Congratulations are in order as Miranda won the Female Vocalist of the Year Award for the 6th year in a row! Hey everyone! I was finally able to upload photos from the 50th Academy Of Country Music Awards which took place on (April 19) at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Miranda had an awesome night winning Female Vocalist of the Year (for the sixth consecutive time), Album of the Year for “Platinum”; and Song of the Year for “Automatic.” and was also honored with a Milestone Award. Miranda also took the stage to perform her hits Mama’s Broken Heart and Little Red Wagon. Miranda To Be Honored With The ACM 50th Anniversary Milestone Award

ACM — Miranda Lambert will be honored with the prestigious 50th Anniversary Milestone Award during the 50th Academy of Country Music Awards.The ceremony, co-hosted by Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan, will be broadcast LIVE, and as previously announced, extended by half an hour in celebration of its golden anniversary, from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 8:00 PM – 11:30PM ET/delayed PT on the CBS Television Network.

Lambert is the Academy’s most awarded solo female artist with a total of eighteen (18) ACM awards. Currently, she holds the record for the most consecutive Female Vocalist wins with five awards. Additionally, Lambert is the most winning Song of the Year solo female artist with three (3) awards, having been honored as the artist for “The House That Built Me,” and as the artist and composer for “Over You.” This year, Lambert leads with eight nominations, including her fourth nomination for Entertainer of the Year and ninth consecutive nod for Female Vocalist of the Year.
